Commencement – Chairman Ryder called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. and explained the meeting procedure.
Discussion Item ANR PLAN – 468 Point Road – Moore Marion Trust II c/o Sitec, Inc.
Because of new information regarding the easements for 468 Point road, the applicant asked to reschedule to June 21, 2010.
Old/New Business
ZBA Appeal 454 Wareham Street Sardinha Family Trust
Chairman Ryder brought to the board’s attention the fact that Sardinha Family Trust is appealing the Site Plan Decision dated May 11, 2010 of The Marion Planning Board. The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, July 15, 2010, 7:30p.m.
Approval of Minutes
Motion made by Member Napoli and seconded by Member Sweeney to approve the minutes for April 26, 2010, seconded by inaudible.
Vote: 5-0-1. Note: Clerk Briggs recused - not at meeting.
Approval of Bills
It was discussed that the Board is still waiting for a bill from Cornish Associates regarding the 2015 Committee. Must receive and approve the bill before June 21 meeting.
Member Sweeney suggested because there is more work to be done regarding language for town meeting and a final report - we should hold back funds.
Bill from Field Engineering for 454 Wareham Street
Motion by Member Napoli to pay Bill to Field Engineering for 454 Wareham Street subject to receipt of $260.00 which will is outstanding in 53G account seconded by Member Sweeney.
VOTE: 6-0-0
Bill from Field Engineering for Cumberland Farms for Site Plan Review #1, $1050.00.
It was moved by member Napoli and seconded by member Sweeney to approve Bill for $1050.00 of Field Engineering for 406 Wareham Street.
VOTE: 6-0-0
Public Hearing – Site Plan Review, Special Permit to Allow Retail Use – Cumberland Farms, 406 Wareham Street c/o Rob Pellegrini
The Public Hearing Notice was read into the record by Clerk Briggs.
Motion was made by Member Napoli to Open the Public Hearing for 406 Wareham Street, Special permit to allow retail use, seconded by Member Briggs.
VOTE: 5-0-1 NOTE: Member Sweeny has recused.
Motion to Continue the Public Hearing for 406 Wareham Street to June 21, 2010 8:00 by Member Napoli seconded by Member Gonsalves.
